On April 20, 2023, Futong Technology (HK) Company Limited ("Futong Technology") entered into a strategic partnership with the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute ("ASTRI"). The two parties will collaborate to jointly promote the commercialization of technology.

Dr. Denis Yip, CEO of ASTRI and Mr. Chen Jian, Chairman of the Board of Futong Technology, jointly signed the memorandum of understanding.
